Account Transfers

We offer a free Migration Service for shared hosting accoungs to our servers where it can be completed from within WHM. Cpanel to CPanel transfers just require the remote username and password to be able to do the transfer or we can restore a backup of the remote account. If the Remote system is a supported system* in addition to the Account login details we will also require SSH access on the remote system.

* Supported systems are listed within the WHM documentation

A Free Migration must be requested via support ticket and must be within the first 14 days of a new Account. Migration Tickets are normally actioned within 1 business day of submitting. All accounts where we perform a migration are NOT eligible for a refund under our no questions asked 14 day money back guarantee.

Cpanel/WHM reseller accounts can also be migrated but ony the reseller account (with the username and password) can be migrated for free. All of the Re-sellers created accounts unfortunately cannot be migrated for free, as there are several manual steps required to complete such a migration. Depending on the pre-requisites, it is possible to migrate all the accounts and re-sellers wishing to migrate should raise a support ticket requesting a quote.

Managed Wordpress Hosting

Over many years we have used many methods to manage our own websites and over the last few years we have been using the Wordpress Engine more and more. To that end, we have put together a Managed Hosting Package that lets you concentrate on your Site Content and not managing it.

How does this differ from your normal Hosting Packages?

In addition to the support we provide for our other Hosting Packages we do a whole lot more for you. We take care of installing the Wordpress Engine, keeping it updated, installing required plugins and securing the installation.

We will assist you in installing and configuring your chosen theme, configuring your plugins and even setting up your site navigation.

We leave just 2 parts of your site up to you - and that is the Design and the Content. You can just get on with running your website.

With Managed Wordpress Hosting, we also provide limited CPanel Access - as our Managed Wordpress Package also includes e-mail.

The One-Time Setup fee covers the extra work involved with the initial install and setup. We waive this setup where you choose a 6 month or longer plan.

Our Managed Wordpress Hosting is the only plan where we guarantee that we can restore your site from our backups. We take a daily, weekly and monthly backup as a matter of course, and always ensure we take an additional backup before installing any updates - just in case!.

We have scheduled mantenance windows on Sundays so your website is available during the business week.
